CLEP
CLEP Information
College Board’s College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) allows students from a wide range of ages and backgrounds to demonstrate their mastery of introductory college-level material and earn college credit. Students can earn credit for what they already know by getting qualifying scores on any of the 32 examinations. CLEP exams are accepted by over 2,900 colleges and universities across the United States and can provide students with 2–3 college credit hours per exam.
- Save time. Each CLEP exam takes between 90 and 120 minutes.
- Save money. One CLEP exam is just a fraction of the cost of a college course.
- Move further toward a degree, whether getting a head start or working to finish your program.
